DARIA MIRON

For Daria from Bucharest, when inspiration strikes, she has to express it in the form of art, whether it’s painting, crocheting or another form of expression. She discovered she had dyslexia in the 7th grade and says she has had a lot of support, and that although being unique isn’t something every child wants, she has learned to embrace that uniqueness throughout her life.

BALLROOM

The theme of dance presented by the artist brings a deep reflection on the intertwining of tradition and modernity in the context of people with dyslexia. In the theater of life, which is a dance full of ups and downs, with various rhythms, each person relates to the world around them in different ways, whether neurodiverse or not. Adjustments are necessary for all participants in the process of integration. Thus, differences are incorporated without trauma in a routine procedure. The image of a ballroom functions as a theater where stage and audience interact and blend.
